What is VoiceControl AI?

A governed voice and text assistant that answers from approved website knowledge, guides visitors, and performs only registered actions.

How is it installed?

Add the lightweight VoiceControl browser SDK to your website and configure the website origin and assistant in your workspace.

Does it work with my website framework?

The browser SDK is framework-independent and can be integrated into React, Vue, WordPress, Shopify themes, and plain HTML where custom scripts are supported.

Does it automatically control every website action?

No. Actions are denied by default. The website owner must register each allowed action and its validation rules.

How are actions restricted?

Origin allowlists, schemas, permission checks, confirmation gates, signed execution tokens, rate limits, and audit events enforce each boundary.

Does it request microphone permission automatically?

No. Microphone access begins only after the visitor explicitly activates voice control and approves the browser permission request.

Can visitors use text instead of voice?

Yes. Text chat remains available independently of the microphone and uses the same approved knowledge and action controls.

Where does the assistant get its answers?

From website pages, documentation, FAQs, policies, and structured feeds that the workspace owner approves.

Can I review conversations?

Authorized workspace members can review conversation and action history according to their assigned role.

How does pricing work?

VoiceControl supports one website and includes a 14-day trial. After the trial, choose RM99 monthly or RM499 yearly. Gemini or OpenAI API usage is separate and uses a key from your own provider account.

Can I disable an action instantly?

Yes. A workspace owner can disable a registered action so new requests are denied while its previous audit history remains available.

How long does setup take?
